Passionate about sustainable tourism and alternative eco-building. We have built from straw bales, cob, rammed earth, and local stone. We harvest our own thatch for roofing too. We live a pretty self-sustaining lifestyle with our own organic vegetable garden, own chickens for eggs, and cows for milk. We bake our own artisanal bread and even make our own cheese, yogurt and butter.
